Delivery bookings are handled by our Borrower Support team manually during the pilot, so if you've spotted the Thing(s) that you've reserved are available for delivery and want to choose that option you'll need to get in touch with our team ASAP.
However, given availability of the Things and restrictions around timings of delivery reservations (we currently can't offer same-day delivery), we can't guarantee that we'll be able to set up a delivery for your existing reservation.
If arranging a delivery isn't possible, we might still be able to compensate you if you'd prefer to cancel your existing reservation and rebook for a delivery reservation.
