During our delivery pilot, the systems for Library of Things and our delivery partner Gophr won't be integrated, so our Borrower Support team will manually charge for and book your delivery after you've made a delivery reservation on our website and filled out the delivery booking form.
As soon as the pilot proves enough demand for delivery to justify the development effort in integrating our systems, we’ll do this so that delivery can be booked and paid for easily as part of our reservation journey.
