If the delivery goes wrong because you aren’t in when you said you’d be in (or your alternative delivery arrangements didn’t work), the rider will either try again later on their round or return the Thing to us. You’ll likely be charged for both the borrow and delivery, and would need to rebook both.
If the delivery goes wrong due to a problem with Library of Things or our delivery partner Gophr, you’ll be compensated for the reservation and delivery accordingly.
