We expect most of our borrowers will want to continue enjoying a visit to our lockers and their host locations, where you might meet other borrowers or our lovely Thing Technicians.
But life is busy and not everyone has the time or ability to collect/return in person. Plus, some of our Things (like the Gazebo or the Carpet Cleaner) are very bulky and too heavy to transport on foot or public transport.
We first offered delivery when our buildings closed during the pandemic, and have always wanted to resurrect it as we’ve scaled from hearing and seeing people struggle to transport some of our Things.
