If you are having problems returning your borrow, let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
A friend or neighbour can return on your behalf if you are having difficulties - all they need is your 6-digit member code to use the kiosk.
We may not be able to waive late fees, especially if an upcoming borrower will be affected.
