where is the "?" on the home page?
I cancelled the ladder the night before the day to pick up. But I have not received a refund?
I am finding it incredibly hard to get in touch with you. I mistakenly booked twice for same thing at 2 separate locations, Hammersmith and North Kensington. I picked up drill at Hammersmith this morning and wanted to ensure I can keep it for 48 hours due to my overpayment.
I can see that's no the right link to get in touch
