For these and any other issues you come across, please give our Borrower Support team a ring! You can find our phone number printed beneath the kiosk screen.
Our current Support hours are 9am-7pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm-5pm on Sundays.
"Sorry, we don't recognise that email address."
Make sure you're using the email address that you used for your borrowing account - otherwise it won't know who you are!
If you haven't signed up with us or made a reservation yet, it won't recognise your email - so make sure you've done that first.
